M-GO Announces Leadership Changes

8/26/2014 0 Comments

We’ve made some changes to our executive leadership team here at M-GO. These transitions are taking place as CEO John Batter departs M-GO, effective August 22. John was instrumental in bringing the organization from inception to its current status as one of the leading services in the industry. We are grateful for both his leadership and service.

As a result, Christophe Louvion will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic direction for the company. Under his direction as Chief Technology Officer, Christophe and the M-GO executive team have delivered many of the industry firsts that separates M-GO from the rest. Some of these innovations include the first rewards program in the digital streaming industry, the launch of the first movie gift card mall program in physical retail and coming soon the first ever 4k transactional premium movie and TV streaming service.

With Christophe’s promotion, VP of Technology Architecture, Samir Ahmed, will be elevated to CTO. Samir, who oversaw the creation of the current M-GO platform from conception to execution, will bring his extensive knowledge of large platform architecture and emerging technologies to bear in this new position.

In the next year, you’ll see even more from us as we push the envelope on how you can experience and acquire digital content at home and on the go.
